For every purchase you make through any brand channel, you can accumulate points. It doesn't matter if you make the purchase through the website, the app, the kiosk, or even in-store. As long as you identify yourself with your QR code (or provide your identifier in any way), the purchase will be assigned to your profile, and you will accumulate points.
The points from your purchase will be automatically recorded in your app; just wait a few minutes after completing your purchase.
Every time you place an order at a restaurant, the employees will ask for your Loyalty number and will use a scanner to scan your QR code. If that doesn't work, provide your QR number to the employee.
